BACKGROUND
La Pinada is the first eco-neighborhood in Spain co-designed by its future inhabitants. The project continues to have a great impact on the media and has been the only neighborhood in Spain selected by the European Union to be part of the “Smart Sustainable Districts”, program by Climate KIC, the European Union’s main initiative to curb climate change.
Its founder, Iker Marcaide, has created several companies, including PeerTransfer in the city of Boston, USA, awarded as the best startup in the world during 2010.
GOAL
Iker contacted us at the beginning of the project to create the brand and design a branding and marketing strategy from scratch to disseminate the project, create awareness and capture leads interested in living in the neighborhood.
OUR WORK
We work side by side with the management and communication department of La Pinada, developing the entire communication, branding, digital marketing and web strategy.
We started by developing the visual identity of the brand, the corporate website and a 360º digital marketing strategy, creating an AIDA conversion funnel with different campaigns and actions for each stage of the costumer journey, as well as giving support and consulting in the different events of street marketing for the awareness phase.
RESULTS
The neighborhood had a positive impact on the national and international media, we generated more than 2 thousand leads of people interested in living in the neighborhood and more than 10,000 people attended the events.
